Hampton Inn Jackson Hole

Location - magnificent, adjacent to the center of Jackson Hole, shopping centers, outfitters, downtown, and Grand Teton park.

Appreciated our good basic and brand-new rooms.

The room with great facilities.

Had a wonderful stay with super comfy beds and enjoyed the nice and quiet atmosphere. The laundry room was a lifesaver for our road trip, and the campfire outside made for a cozy evening. Just wished the breakfast had a few more hot options, but overall, it was a great experience 😊

The breakfast room was very small, ran out of food and coffee every morning.

Wifi could be faster.

The people were accomodating and friendly. The hotel is clean and for the most part a good fit for those who like me, choose a nice place without the over priced rooms.

I booked a suite, that was good. It had a jacuzzi, gas lit fireplace and the room was clean and comfortable. However, the main water system, or whatever you call it, was next to my room and there is no insulation for noise from the 2nd floor; so everytime someone flushed, showered or jacuzzied upstairs, it was like a freight train thru my room downstairs.

Lighting inside room was very poor. Not a good value.

great access to local parks and key attractions

I loved how easy it was to explore the nearby attractions like the Antler Arches of Jackson just under 2 km away and enjoy the gorgeous views at Schwabacher Landing, almost 2 km from the hotel, made my weekend strolls nice while being close to the main sights.

I stay in elk and the point, they both not clean, but the point is $40 cheaper, it is good for budget and solo traveler, not for family.

Breakfast room might be set up better, center aisle got crowded. Not good for handicapped wheelchair.

For the area it was a great value. Room was spotless and bed comfortable and the staff accommodating. There is plenty of parking and a mall is within walking distance. I would recommend this facility and I will stay here in the future.

They service tour buses and it was a little noisy as they were preparing to depart.

The outdoor fire pits offer a cozy spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The proximity to Grand Teton National Park is a major plus for outdoor enthusiasts.

The space felt cramped, especially with limited counter space in the small bathroom. The hallways needed a good cleaning, with noticeable dirt on the carpets, which many would find off-putting. Breakfast options lacked creativity, feeling repetitive and not up to par with the expectations of a branded hotel. The pricing appeared steep compared to the actual amenities and quality offered here, leaving some guests feeling less than satisfied after their stay.

Only the location.

They misrepresented the facilities. The "pool" was a large jacuzzi, the suana was not functional, no concierage, minimal "hot" breakfast - a waffle maker, no working coffee maker in room. I could go on.
